Within the church records that were digitized on FamilySearch.org, there is (what appears to be) a tombstone reading for St. Bridget Cemetery in Newfane. The listing of those buried are in alphabetical order and is typed.
There is no indication as to when the reading was done, however, the date the books were microfilmed was 20 January 1983, so the reading was, at least, completed over 40 years ago. This may be helpful if the stones have deteriorated since then and the information is no longer readable.
The cemetery listing starts on image 194 and ends at image 198 of 201. You can find the records here: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CS5F-9S27-R?i=193&cat=27851.
