The Niagara County Genealogical Society library has many records about local cemeteries that usually include tombstone readings and newspaper articles. The same is true for the Wisner Cemetery (aka Halstead Cemetery) in Newfane.
Within the Newfane Cemetery binder, the Wisner Cemetery includes newspaper articles, a written history, tombstone readings and pictures. Pictured below are two examples of the tombstone readings likely done in the 1970’s-80s.
